Nice little kitchenette area, better than the standard Motel. It was pretty quiet at the time of year I was there (November). This would be a good place to bring your kids, Just not when I'm there ;) Good laundrette.

Everything was clean! Property was well lit and no people loitering around. Felt very safe there! If you’re going to nit-pick for things wrong, you can find a ding here and there. But to me that’s not important. Clean and safe is utmost importance! Everything was clean and fresh looking. The water park was a blast for my daughter & grand daughter! Great relaxing day away from the parks. Staff was very friendly and kind! Restaurants, Publix & Wawa very close. As far as the drive to Disney or Seaworld average was 20 min via toll roads. Longest was 30 min on a Friday night. Honestly has taken me longer to get to my hotel on Disney grounds. So if you’re looking for a clean, safe hotel that won’t take a second mortgage I highly recommend!

I like Flamingo Express to stay at, the rooms seem to always be nice and clean.. it's very rare that I sleep directly on their beds and bring my own bedding, mainly because the bedding they have reminds of something my grandmother mite of had in her days. It rained most of the time there so I didn't get to enjoy their pool, but was disappointed that I wasn't able to use the onsite gym they have, unless I paid for classes. I was told the gym was for private members. Other than that the place was convenient for some work I had to do in that area.

Just visit a week ago . Me& husband come twice year to stay there for past four years . Front desk the same ladies still there with same good attitude/ customer service, the room very clean, the price , the amenities and with the extra new addition you adding is more reason a couple, family want to experience the service you offers. Always a guest . Thank you for excellence.

We did like that the restaurant is open on the property. This made it easy for breakfast.

Breakfast and I'm missing in your pantry is extremely overpriced location was good cuz I can go out until the gas station and pick up breakfast rather than spend the amount of money there.

Been here for our 4th time in 3 years, my kiddos definitely love every single activity that the hotel offers, from the waterpark of course, to the activity room, and the arcade, the movie theater and don't let out the playground, the coffee from the restaurant Sabores is exceptional we will definitely come back, it has become our little family tradition!

The location was very nice, easy access to major highways. The room was good although the furniture seems dated. Issues with room issues were resolved by the maintenance team was very fast. Was not able to use the water park but the area seemed clean and people were having fun.
